Refund & Return Policy – Blink Shine

At Blink Shine, we are committed to offering high-quality car care and detailing products. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you receive is damaged, leaking, broken, or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Customers must provide unboxing video proof clearly showing the issue.

1.2 Incorrect Item Delivered

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will arrange a return and send the correct product or issue a full refund.

1.3 Change of Mind (Limited Cases)

Change of mind returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused

  • The seal is unopened

  • Packaging is intact and in original condition

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Products that are opened, used, or tested cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used car care products

  • Items with broken seals

  • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery

  • Accessories used or installed

  • Free gifts, bundled offers, or promotional items

  • Customized kits or special combos


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Contact Us

Reach our support team within 48 hours of delivery for damage/incorrect items, or within 7 days for eligible returns.
Provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Issue description

  • Proof (images/video)

Step 2 – Return Approval

Our team will review your request and provide:

  • A Return Authorization

  • Instructions for shipping the product back

Step 3 – Pack the Product Properly

Return the item in its original packaging along with:

  • Invoice or order number

  • All included accessories, tags, and labels

The product must reach us in unused, resaleable condition.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
After approval:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet)

  • Refund will be completed within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item)

If the product fails inspection (opened, used, or damaged), the refund will be rejected.


5. Replacements & Exchanges

If you request a replacement:

  • A replacement/dispatched item will be shipped within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved

  • For wrong or damaged products, replacements are free of charge

  • Replacement items are subject to availability


6. Order Cancellation

6.1 Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. A full refund will be issued.

6.2 After Dispatch

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
You must follow the return process after delivery.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to Blink Shine’s error (damaged/incorrect product), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer must bear the shipping charges.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order returns to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer

  • Refunds will exclude shipping charges
