At Blink Shine, we aim to deliver your car care and detailing products safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

For any delays, you will be notified via email or phone.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery across India.

2.1 Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch.

2.2 Express Shipping (Selected PIN codes only)

  • Delivery within 1–3 business days.

2.3 Local Delivery (Studio Nearby Locations)

  • Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for select nearby areas.

  • Additional charges may apply.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Weight/size of the products

  • Active offers or free shipping promotions

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values during special campaigns.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email/WhatsApp containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided link.
If tracking is not active immediately, please allow a few hours for courier system updates.


5. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, Blink Shine is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Public holidays and festival rush

  • Operational delays at the courier’s end

Customers are encouraged to check tracking updates for real-time information.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Blink Shine is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by address verification issues

  • Additional charges for re-delivery

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.


7. Damaged, Tampered, or Leaking Package

If your package appears to be:

  • Damaged

  • Opened/tampered

  • Leaking

Please record a video while opening the parcel and contact our support team immediately.
We will assist with a replacement or refund based on our Refund & Return Policy.


8. International Shipping

Due to regulations around liquid and chemical-based car care products, Blink Shine currently does not offer international shipping.
We may introduce international shipping for selected non-liquid items in the future.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery but you are unavailable:

  • Multiple attempts may be made

  • The courier may contact you for confirmation

  • If repeated attempts fail, the order may return to us

Re-shipping charges will apply for second attempts.
