DRY BAZAAR – PAINT PROTECTION FILM (PPF)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
(BLINK SHINE PRODUCT WARRANTY + INSTALLATION + MAINTENANCE POLICY)
This document consƟtutes a legally binding agreement between the Customer, Dry Bazaar (Authorized
Service Provider), and Blink Shine (Product Manufacturer). By accepƟng the invoice and taking delivery of
the vehicle, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, condiƟons,
exclusions, and obligaƟons stated herein.
1. BRAND ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY STRUCTURE
1.1 Blink Shine (Product Manufacturer):
Blink Shine is the manufacturer of the Paint ProtecƟon Film (PPF) applied on the vehicle. The brand is
responsible solely for the material quality, chemical composiƟon, and performance of the film under
normal usage condiƟons as defined in this agreement.
1.2 Dry Bazaar (Service Provider):
Dry Bazaar acts as an authorized installaƟon partner and is responsible for the applicaƟon of the film using
industry-standard techniques. Dry Bazaar’s responsibility is limited to installaƟon workmanship and service
quality at the Ɵme of delivery.
1.3 SeparaƟon of Liability:
The customer clearly understands that manufacturing defects fall under Blink Shine’s responsibility, while
installaƟon-related issues fall under Dry Bazaar. Any damage arising from external factors, misuse, or
negligence shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. WARRANTY COVERAGE – BLINK SHINE
2.1 Yellowing Resistance:
The PPF is designed with advanced UV-resistant technology to minimize discoloraƟon over Ɵme. Any
abnormal or uneven yellowing due to inherent material defect will be considered under warranty; however,
gradual tone change due to environmental exposure is considered normal.
2.2 Cracking / Peeling / Crazing:
The film is engineered to maintain structural integrity without cracking, peeling, or surface crazing. If such
issues occur due to manufacturing defects under proper usage, they will be covered; however, damage
caused by impact or improper handling is excluded.
2.3 Bubbling / Blistering:
The film should remain free from persistent bubbles once the curing process is completed. Minor bubbles
or moisture during the iniƟal installaƟon phase are normal and expected to seƩle within 7–15 days and are
not considered defects.
2.4 Staining Resistance:
The PPF provides resistance against common contaminants when maintained properly. Permanent stains
caused by internal chemical failure will be covered, whereas stains due to delayed cleaning or
environmental neglect will not be covered.
2.5 Adhesion Failure:
The adhesive layer of the PPF is designed for strong bonding with OEM painted surfaces. Any delaminaƟon
or liŌing due to adhesive failure will be covered, provided the surface condiƟon and maintenance
guidelines have been properly followed.
3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
3.1 Accidental or Physical Damage:
Any damage caused by external impact such as stone chips, scratches, accidents, or vandalism is not
covered. These are considered unavoidable road risks and fall outside the scope of manufacturing warranty.
3.2 Improper Washing & Handling:
Damage caused due to the use of hard brushes, abrasive cloths, automaƟc car washes, or harsh chemicals
is excluded. Improper maintenance pracƟces directly affect film performance and void warranty eligibility.
3.3 Non-OEM or Repainted Surfaces:
ApplicaƟon of PPF on repainted or repaired panels may lead to adhesion issues due to inconsistent paint
quality. Such cases are excluded as the performance of the film depends heavily on the condiƟon of the
underlying paint.
3.4 ApplicaƟon on Non-Painted Surfaces:
PPF applied on trims, plasƟcs, chrome, carbon fiber, or glass surfaces is not covered under warranty. These
surfaces behave differently and are not designed for standard film adhesion.
3.5 Environmental and Chemical Exposure:
Exposure to acid rain, industrial fallout, cement dust, fuel spills, or harsh chemicals can damage the film.
Such condiƟons are beyond manufacturer control and therefore excluded from warranty coverage.
3.6 Negligence or Misuse:
Failure to follow maintenance instrucƟons, delayed cleaning of contaminants, or improper vehicle care will
void the warranty. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper upkeep of the film.
4. INSTALLATION TERMS – DRY BAZAAR
4.1 Nature of InstallaƟon Process:
PPF installaƟon is a manual, skill-based process and may involve slight variaƟons. While utmost care is
taken, achieving a completely dust-free or flawless finish is not always possible due to environmental
limitaƟons.
4.2 Acceptable InstallaƟon VariaƟons:
Minor dust parƟcles, micro bubbles, edge lines, or stretch marks are considered industry-acceptable
standards. These do not impact performance and shall not be treated as defects.
4.3 Panel Complexity & Edges:
Certain vehicle designs require stretching, trimming, or relief cuts for proper applicaƟon. Slight visibility on
edges or corners is normal and unavoidable depending on panel geometry.
4.4 InspecƟon Responsibility:
The customer must inspect the vehicle thoroughly at the Ɵme of delivery. Any installaƟon-related concerns
must be reported within 24 hours, aŌer which the work shall be deemed accepted.
5. PAINT CONDITION DISCLAIMER
5.1 Pre-ExisƟng Paint CondiƟon:
Dry Bazaar does not guarantee the condiƟon, strength, or quality of the vehicle’s paint. Any exisƟng defects
such as weak paint, scratches, or prior repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
5.2 Repainted Panel Risk:
Panels that have been repainted or repaired may have weaker adhesion properƟes. The customer
acknowledges this risk and accepts that failure in such areas is not covered under warranty.
5.3 Paint Peeling Risk:
During removal or over Ɵme, paint peeling may occur, especially on repainted surfaces. Dry Bazaar and
Blink Shine shall not be liable for such incidents.
6. MANDATORY MAINTENANCE POLICY
6.1 Quarterly Detailing Requirement:
The customer must mandatorily undergo exterior detailing service every 3 months from Dry Bazaar or an
authorized center. This is a compulsory requirement to maintain warranty validity.
6.2 Technical JusƟficaƟon:
Over Ɵme, environmental contaminants such as iron parƟcles, dust, and pollutants embed into the film
surface. Regular detailing ensures removal of these contaminants, maintaining clarity, adhesion strength,
and protecƟve properƟes.
6.3 Warranty Impact:
Failure to perform scheduled detailing will lead to degradaƟon of the film and shall result in automaƟc
voiding of warranty. The customer must maintain proper service records as proof during claims.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 Post-InstallaƟon Care:
The customer must avoid washing the vehicle for 5–7 days aŌer installaƟon. This allows proper curing and

directed at edges, especially within the first 2 weeks.
7.3 Contaminant Removal:
Bird droppings, tree sap, and similar contaminants must be removed immediately. Delay in cleaning may
cause staining and is not covered under warranty.
8. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
8.1 Required Documents:
To iniƟate a claim, the customer must present the original invoice, Blink Shine warranty serial number, and
maintenance records. Incomplete documentaƟon may lead to rejecƟon.
8.2 InspecƟon Procedure:
The vehicle must be presented for inspecƟon to determine the root cause of the issue. Approval of claims
will be based solely on technical evaluaƟon.
8.3 ResoluƟon:
If approved, only the affected area will be repaired or replaced. Full vehicle replacement or monetary
compensaƟon shall not be provided.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Scope of Liability:
The liability of Dry Bazaar and Blink Shine is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defecƟve film. No
addiƟonal claims shall be entertained.
9.2 Exclusion of Damages:
Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequenƟal damages including loss of vehicle use
or business loss.
10. VOID CONDITIONS
10.1 Warranty Void Scenarios:
The warranty shall become void if maintenance guidelines are not followed, detailing is skipped, or the film
is tampered with in any manner.
10.2 Unauthorized IntervenƟon:
Any work carried out by unauthorized service providers will immediately void the warranty. Only Dry
Bazaar or approved partners are allowed.
11. TRANSFERABILITY
This warranty is strictly non-transferable and is valid only for the original customer and the vehicle on
which the film was applied. Any change in ownership shall terminate warranty coverage.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any dispute, both parƟes agree to first aƩempt resoluƟon through mutual discussion. If
unresolved, the maƩer shall be referred to arbitraƟon as per applicable Indian laws.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and jurisdicƟon shall lie with the courts of the
operaƟng locaƟon of Dry Bazaar.
14. CUSTOMER DECLARATION
I hereby confirm that I have read and understood all terms and condiƟons, including maintenance
requirements and warranty limitaƟons. I agree to comply fully with the condiƟons menƟoned herein.
